At Girl Lane, we make every effort to ensure that your purchase from our online store arrives to you in perfect condition.
Whilst we hope this never happens, should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or on +61 3 9372 8554. We can then personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
Note: Girl Lane does not exchange or give a refund when you simply change your mind about your product purchase.
Importantly, it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to opening the products. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, can only be returned for re-supply or credit if the products are unopened and in their original condition.
To help us work through your enquiry efficiently, please quote your order number and provide a description of the problem with your purchase. If the resolution involves the return of a product, you will be allocated a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, and we will provide you all the details you need about next steps!
The resupply of product will not incur shipping charge. If you choose a refund, the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for the postage cost of returning items to us. We are unable to be held liable for the loss of your Girl Lane products being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Please keep your proof of purchase and refer to the returns policy of the retailer you purchased your Girl Lane products from.
